I just moved to the area, and I saw Dr. Rai at Bothell Modern Dentistry. I have never appreciated a dentist so much until her. Not only is the entire staff friendly, but they all go above and beyond to make you comfortable. I suffer from anxiety, so Dr. Rai helped me through my crown preparation with the utmost kindness. We're talking more than just letting me wear my headphones to block out sounds and let me focus. She kept showing me ways that I was in control if I ever felt any pain so she could fix it immediately. She assured me her schedule was set to focus on me, so doing these extra steps was nothing for me to apologize for. When it was time to have the oral surgeon work on me, she explained to him what worked, so the surgeon was already prepared to do the same helpful steps. Dr. Rai also explained my x-rays in terms I could understand to show me what we needed to do, and I was a part of the planning process to get it fixed. She was even willing to start it the very next day (I had to wait one more due to my schedule). I've been to many dentists before where you feel you're just the next person to just come in and out every six months, but with Bothell Modern Dentistry, it feels as if the whole building is focused on making it the best experience possible. You are worked on with the most up-to-date technology and care. I'm not one to write reviews, but this was worth the time to show my experience so that others may feel the same level of care that I did.

Cheerful, professional staff. Thorough teeth cleaning. Usually dental cleanings elsewhere are like scratching my fingernails on a chalk board due to the high pitched sound of the tools, but not here. Here they use state-of-the-art tools and expertise to clean my teeth. I feel like I’m in good, caring hands at Bothell Modern Dentistry! Best dental work I’ve ever experienced.
